This recipe of paneer roll by our personal favorite Sanjeev Kapoor is a token of love for paneer fans. It includes spicy paneer filling in the rolls made by roomali roti or chapati made out of all-purpose flour.
The success of this dish depends upon the making of the paneer mixture. If you are lucky enough to make a good paneer sauce then your paneer rolls are going to be a blast. Just keep in mind the exact quantities of all ingredients, so that you will come out with an exact Sanjeev Kapoor’s signature recipe.
You can utilize your leftover chapatis for making these rolls. Mostly in India, it is considered a street food snack. When you serve this roll with green chutney and salad, what an incredible flavor it fills in you and you hardly can stop your hands from having more and more.
