  2. Whisk the mixture really well until all the added ingredients merge into each other and form a good batter. Set the whisked mixture aside to let it settle.
  3. Then in your double boiler, combine the cream cheese with the peanut butter. After both of the ingredients gets soft add the rest of the ingredients. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Mix well using an electric blender for better results.
