Peanut Butter Cobbler Recipe Carnival Eats

Ingredients

For Filling

  • 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of creamy unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

For the Topping

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup self-rising flour

Instructions

  • Bring a big-sized mixing bowl and in this mixing bowl add the sugar. Mix the buttermilk in the sugar and flour for the topping.
  • Whisk the mixture really well until all the added ingredients merge into each other and form a good batter. Set the whisked mixture aside to let it settle.
  • Then in your double boiler, combine the cream cheese with the peanut butter. After both of the ingredients gets soft add the rest of the ingredients. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Mix well using an electric blender for better results.
  • Use wire whisk for good mixing of the peanut butter with all the other ingredients. while continually whisking the mixture so that it gets smooth for 30 minutes.
  • Let your cooked mixture cool down for at least 10-15 minutes.
  • Bring the baking dish, line it with parchment paper and after spraying the cooking spray in it, pour the peanut butter mixture in it in folds.
  • Dice the butter and spread the pieces in the peanut butter filling.
  • Then to the peanut butter with the topping mixture. Scrape out all the batter on the cobbler using the spatula.
  • Put the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake it while placing it on the lower rack.
  • Bake for an hour or until the cobbler is well browned. Still, if your cobbler is not golden brown you should cook it for another ten minutes to gain all the cobblers' amazing flavors.
  • Then take it out from the oven and after half an hour your cobbler is all ready to serve.
