Healthy Protein Powder Pancake Recipe

Make healthy protein powder pancakes without refined sugar or refined grains. Get your brain and body power up with these protein pancakes in breakfast. These pancakes are sweetened with bananas and maple syrup on the top, but no sugar is added.

Use any flavor of protein powder you like and I like vanilla protein powder the most. You can make these pancakes rich and more interesting by topping them with fruits, yogurt, and nuts for crunch.

The process of making pancakes is simple enough that anyone can make and enjoy a healthy breakfast. Just put all the ingredients into the blender, blend, and fry for few minutes on both sides. Garnish the pancakes with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1–2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal

How to make protein powder pancake

Add all the ingredients to a blender to prepare the batter for pancakes. Blend everything at a medium-low speed until combined.

Heat a nonstick frying pan on medium high flame. Pour ¼ cup of batter in a small circle. If you are using a griddle, you can cook 4 pancakes at a time.

Sprinkle some chocolate chips over the pancake if you like. Let the pancake cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Flip the pancake when the edges start looking dry and cook for 2 minutes on the other side.

Top with maple syrup and peanut butter and serve the delicious pancakes.
