Healthy Protein Powder Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1–2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender to prepare the batter for pancakes. Blend everything at a medium-low speed until combined.
  • Heat a nonstick frying pan on medium high flame. Pour ¼ cup of batter in a small circle. If you are using a griddle, you can cook 4pancakes at a time.
  • Sprinkle some chocolate chips over the pancake if you like. Let the pancake cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Flip the pancake when the edges start looking dry and cook for 2 minutes on the other side.
  • Top with maple syrup and peanut butter and serve the delicious pancakes.
