Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 banana
2 eggs
1/2 cup egg whites
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon
1–2 scoops protein powder
2 tablespoons flax meal
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender to prepare the batter for pancakes. Blend everything at a medium-low speed until combined.
Heat a nonstick frying pan on medium high flame. Pour ¼ cup of batter in a small circle. If you are using a griddle, you can cook 4pancakes at a time.
Sprinkle some chocolate chips over the pancake if you like. Let the pancake cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Flip the pancake when the edges start looking dry and cook for 2 minutes on the other side.
Top with maple syrup and peanut butter and serve the delicious pancakes.
