Ruby Tuesday Parmesan Cream Sauce Recipe

Everyone is so thankful to the Rubi Tuesdays for the out-class Parmesan Cream Sauce which can be used to make pasta, pizza, or any of your favorite appetizers containing creamy sauces. This Parmesan Cheese sauce is my new favorite sauce and I can even use it as a dip for my snacks.

The sauce radiates a subtle Parmesan flavor in your appetizers and snacks and you can enjoy boring meals with this sauce at ordinary hours. A sauce that is made in minutes and that does wonders in your dishes should always be on your list.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1-ounce cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Sal to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions to make Mind-blowing Parmesan Cream Sauce

  1. You need a medium-sized skillet for the cooking process. Take a skillet, maybe nonstick, and add some butter to it.
  2. Wait for the butter to get melted while the heat is medium to high for the purpose. When your butter is melted completely, add flour to the heated butter.
  3. Stir the flour well in the butter until it is completely merged in the butter. You should stir it in the meantime.
  4. Then pour the milk into the flour and butter mixture, which is then followed by the addition of cream and Parmesan.
  5. Whisk properly and then add the cream cheese to the end. Let everything melt and merge for a few minutes.
  6. Depending on the thickness of your mixture, you can increase the quantity of cream added to it.
  7. Sprinkle some salt and pepper for a good flavor in your sauce. Once you get the required consistent sauce, your cream cheese sauce is ready.
