Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1- ounce cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Sal to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • You need a medium-sized skillet for the cooking process. Take a skillet, maybe nonstick, and add some butter to it.
  • Wait for the butter to get melted while the heat is medium to high for the purpose. When your butter is melted completely, add flour to the heated butter.
  • Stir the flour well in the butter until it is completely merged in the butter. You should stir it in the meantime.
  • Then pour the milk into the flour and butter mixture, which is then followed by the addition of cream and Parmesan.
  • Whisk properly and then add the cream cheese to the end. Let everything melt and merge for a few minutes.
  • Depending on the thickness of your mixture, you can increase the quantity of cream added to it.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper for a good flavor in your sauce. Once you get the required consistent sauce, your cream cheese sauce is ready.
  • You can use this sauce to make your favorite dishes like pasta or chicken gravy.
