- Then in a separate bowl combine the dressing ingredients like mayo and sugar and the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetables. Then to prepare the meat you need another bowl.
- Combine the shredded meat like pork with the barbecue sauce. Toss it well.
- Then to assemble the egg rolls, bring the egg roll wrapper and then fill it with the vegetable coleslaw and shredded meat in the center.
