Sonny's Redneck Egg Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon mayo
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • Dash black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 green onion diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 3/4 cup shredded green cabbage
  • Just a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 pound meat either pork
  • 9 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 medium-sized egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 3 tablespoon barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • First, to prepare coleslaw you need a bowl. Add all the shredded and diced vegetables to that bowl.
  • Then in a separate bowl combine the dressing ingredients like mayo and sugar and the rest of the ingredients.
  • Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetables. Then to prepare the meat you need another bowl.
  • Combine the shredded meat like pork with the barbecue sauce. Toss it well.
  • Then to assemble the egg rolls, bring the egg roll wrapper and then fill it with the vegetable coleslaw and shredded meat in the center.
  • Fold and then seal the ends so that the stuffing will not come out. Repeat the process for the whole stuffing.
  • Now prepare a dressing by blending an egg in the milk. Bring all the egg rolls and dip them one by one in the egg mixture.
  • Take a frying skillet and then heat this oil. Add the rolls one by one to the heated oil for deep frying. They attain a golden brown color. Make sure that the rolls are cooked from all sides.
  • Use paper towels to drain the excess oil.
  • Fill the serving dish with the fried rolls, decorate the platter with amazing dips and serve.
