  2. Then in a separate bowl combine the dressing ingredients like mayo and sugar and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetables. Then to prepare the meat you need another bowl.
  4. Combine the shredded meat like pork with the barbecue sauce. Toss it well.
  5. Then to assemble the egg rolls, bring the egg roll wrapper and then fill it with the vegetable coleslaw and shredded meat in the center.
