Steps to make Spinach and Cheese Ravioli

  1. Cook the flour in melted butter in a deep skillet over medium flame.
  2. Now in this stir-cooked flour, add the minced garlic and pour milk into it. Squeeze heavy cream in your flour mixture and then sprinkle the Italian seasonings.
  3. To season it more, add salt and pepper just according to your taste. Thick the sauce by cooking for 4-5 minutes.
  4. In the thickened sauce add the spinach and wilt it while cooking in the sauce.
  5. Over the cooked spinach and sauce sprinkle a lot of Parmesan cheese and then add the ravioli in it.
  6. Now again make a layer of Mozzarella cheese. Spread the red chili flakes over the cheese and oven-bake for 15 minutes.
