Spinach and Cheese Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz baby spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasonings
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 18 oz four-cheese ravioli
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  • Fresh basil to garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the flour in melted butter in a deep skillet over medium flame.
  • Now in this stir-cooked flour, add the minced garlic and pour milk into it. Squeeze heavy cream in your flour mixture and then sprinkle the Italian seasonings.
  • To season it more, add salt and pepper just according to your taste. Thick the sauce by cooking for 4-5 minutes.
  • In the thickened sauce add the spinach and wilt it while cooking in the sauce.
  • Over the cooked spinach and sauce sprinkle a lot of Parmesan cheese and then add the ravioli in it.
  • Now again make a layer of Mozzarella cheese. Spread the red chili flakes over the cheese and oven-bake for 15 minutes.
  • Garnish fresh basil at the top of the ravioli skillet and Serve warm immediately.
