Subgum Fried Rice Recipe

  1. Pour some oil into a non-stick large pot and then heat it until well hot.
  2. Time, when the oil is getting heated, dice your vegetables and firstly dice the onions.
  3. Add the diced onions to the heated oil and fry until soft.
  4. Then add the peas into the onions and also add the shrimp and meat.
  5. Mix thoroughly and wait for these ingredients to get fully cooked for several minutes.
  6. Once these are cooked and softened you must add your bean sprouts into this mixture and then stir using the spatula.
  7. It is better to use the wooden spatula so that it will not mash up the softened veggies and ingredients.
  8. In a separate frying pan, break the eggs and cook the eggs while scrambling them. You need scrambled eggs for your fried rice.
  9. Then add these scrambled eggs into the cooked mixture and stir again until its chinks spread everywhere.
