- 1/2 cup salad shrimp

- 1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 2 cups cooked rice

- Pour some oil into a non-stick large pot and then heat it until well hot.
- Time, when the oil is getting heated, dice your vegetables and firstly dice the onions.
- Add the diced onions to the heated oil and fry until soft.
- Then add the peas into the onions and also add the shrimp and meat.
- Mix thoroughly and wait for these ingredients to get fully cooked for several minutes.
- Once these are cooked and softened you must add your bean sprouts into this mixture and then stir using the spatula.
- It is better to use the wooden spatula so that it will not mash up the softened veggies and ingredients.
- In a separate frying pan, break the eggs and cook the eggs while scrambling them. You need scrambled eggs for your fried rice.
- Then add these scrambled eggs into the cooked mixture and stir again until its chinks spread everywhere.
