Subgum Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 3 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup salad shrimp
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely diced ham or chicken optional
  • 1/4 cup Frozen English Peas
  • 1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  • Pour some oil into a non-stick large pot and then heat it until well hot.
  • Time, when the oil is getting heated, dice your vegetables and firstly dice the onions.
  • Add the diced onions to the heated oil and fry until soft.
  • Then add the peas into the onions and also add the shrimp and meat.
  • Mix thoroughly and wait for these ingredients to get fully cooked for several minutes.
  • Once these are cooked and softened you must add your bean sprouts into this mixture and then stir using the spatula.
  • It is better to use the wooden spatula so that it will not mash up the softened veggies and ingredients.
  • In a separate frying pan, break the eggs and cook the eggs while scrambling them. You need scrambled eggs for your fried rice.
  • Then add these scrambled eggs into the cooked mixture and stir again until its chinks spread everywhere.
  • Bring the cooked rice and add to the stir-fried veg and meat mixture. Stir until the rice is well-mixed.
  • Pour some soy sauce to deliver the final flavor to your fried rice.
  • And your Subgum fried rice is ready to serve. Serve hot along with pepper on a side for sprinkling.
