Texas Roadhouse Grilled Shrimp Recipe

Texas Roadhouse Grilled Shrimp was introduced to me by an expert chef who used to work at the Texas Roadhouse. The recipe is exactly how the shrimp is being made at the Texas Roadhouse for years. I have been obsessed with its flavors and I had to try it out in my kitchen by additional mix and matching flavors to add a touch of my own in it.

Grilled shrimp is made on a preheated grill but you can also get it baked in the oven. This is an appetizer served mostly at brunch or at formal dinners to add more beauty to the dining table and the people sitting around it will be pleased.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Method to make the Texas Roadhouse Grilled Shrimp

To make a dressing, pour the lemon juice and olive oil into a bowl and then add garlic to it. Sprinkle the oregano and also sprinkle the seasonings including the salt and pepper.

Bring the uncooked shrimp and add it to the bowl. Toss the shrimp in the mix to get it well-coated.

Put the coated shrimp aside to let it marinate for more than an hour and you can also keep it in the refrigerator.

To grill the shrimp, your grill must be preheated. Bring the skewers and put the shrimp into them.

Start grilling the shrimp and cook each side for a few minutes. Make sure to flip it so that it will be well-cooked from all sides.

Bring your favorite dip sauce and serve the grilled shrimp with it.
