Ingredients

  • 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  • To make a dressing, pour the lemon juice and olive oil into a bowl and then add garlic to it. Sprinkle the oregano and also sprinkle the seasonings including the salt and pepper.
  • Bring the uncooked shrimp and add it to the bowl. Toss the shrimp in the mix to get it well-coated.
  • Put the coated shrimp aside to let it marinate for more than an hour and you can also keep it in the refrigerator.
  • To grill the shrimp, your grill must be preheated.
  • Bring the skewers and put the shrimp into them.
  • Start grilling the shrimp and cook each side for a few minutes. Make sure to flip it so that it will be well-cooked from all sides.
  • Bring your favorite dip sauce and serve the grilled shrimp with it.
