Annie's Fruit Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 fresh diced pineapple
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cups halved red grapes
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 10 medium flour tortilla chips
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries finely diced
  • 6-8 finely chopped kiwis
  • 3-5 finely chopped peaches

Instructions

  • Take a large-sized bowl and combine the fruits, including the peaches, the strawberries, the freshly diced pineapple, and the kiwis.
  • Remember to add the grapes.
  • Put a plastic wrap in the bowl, and refrigerate the fruit mix. Could you put it in the refrigerator?
  • Bring the tortillas and cut them. Then bake them using parchment paper.
  • Bring the melted butter and brush it on the baked tortillas.
  • In a separate container, mix the sugar with the cinnamon.
  • Now spread this cinnamon and sugar mix on the tortillas. Bake for a few more minutes.
  • Bring your fruit salsa out of the refrigerator and serve it with your bakes cinnamon tortillas to enjoy the meal.
