Ingredients
A few finely sliced onions
Olive oil for frying
A few pinches of salt

of water
White wine or vinegar
Instructions
First, slice the onions and make sure you are cutting them thinly.
Then bring a medium-sized frying pot and put it on the stovetop. Pour the olive oil into this pan and heat it up.
Add the sliced onions to the heated oil.
Stir fry the onions until they are translucent.
Then sprinkle salt into the onions. Stir well.
Pour water and then wine or vinegar into the onions.
Fry again, and your caramelized onions are ready to be stuffed.
