Ingredients

  • A few finely sliced onions
  • Olive oil for frying
  • A few pinches of salt
  • 2 cups of water
  • White wine or vinegar

Instructions

  • First, slice the onions and make sure you are cutting them thinly.
  • Then bring a medium-sized frying pot and put it on the stovetop. Pour the olive oil into this pan and heat it up.
  • Add the sliced onions to the heated oil.
  • Stir fry the onions until they are translucent.
  • Then sprinkle salt into the onions. Stir well.
  • Pour water and then wine or vinegar into the onions.
  • Fry again, and your caramelized onions are ready to be stuffed.
