First, you have to prepare a dry mixture. Take a deep bowl and put the all-purpose flour in that bowl and add the other seasonings to it.
Make the addition of paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, white pepper, and sugar. Stir all of them together in a good manner.
In another vessel, break an egg and add a tablespoon of water to it. Beat them using a hand blender until well mixed.
In a third container mix the shredded coconut with the Panko.
You have to coat the shrimp in the flour mixture one by one and then flip. So that it will be well coated from all sides.
Then dip the flour-coated shrimp into the egg mixture. Once it is drooped with the egg drop it in the coconut and Panko mixture.
Once done place the coated shrimp aside.
In a deep skillet heat the oil and fry the shrimp. Once deep-fried you have to cook the shrimp in the oven.
Put the fried shrimp on the baking pan and start the cooking process. Cook either in the oven or your dutch oven.
Once done drizzle with the sauce and Serve!
