Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 6 Oysters retain half shell
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • To do some prep work you must spare some time and get the oysters and Talaba cleaned and prepared.
  • To clean them properly, you must wash them under fresh tap running water.
  • Then you need a baking dish in the next step. Arrange all the cleaned oysters in this baking dish and fill them with water.
  • Take a baking pan and add butter to it. The butter is melted in the pan while the heat is kept low.
  • Once the butter is melted completely throw your minced garlic in the pan and stir fry until it gets good color.
  • Now turn off the heat and spread this garlic and butter mixture at the top of each of the oysters present in the baking dish.
  • Bring the breadcrumbs and cheese and fill the oyster with the cheese first and then insert a good quantity of breadcrumbs in each oyster.
  • Put the baking dish in the oven which you have already preheated at 375 degrees this is the best temperature for baking your oysters.
  • Continue baking for 15 minutes and as you see the cheese is melted, take it out of the oven and serve hot.
