  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup ice

  • The recipe for this banana smoothie is simplest with no hard and fast efforts. You just have to blend a few ingredients and your favorite smoothie will be ready in a few minutes.
  • Slice the bananas into thin pieces and dispose of the rotten ones.
  • Blend the banana with milk in the blender for a few seconds. Then add the yogurt to it and also pour in the vanilla essence.
  • Again blend at a slow speed. In the end, you have to add the ice cubes to your liquid mixture.
  • Crush these ice cubes by blending in this electric blender and there you go. Your bananas boat smoothie is ready.
  • Pour the cold slush-like smoothie into the glass and top with the cream.
  • Serve cold by dipping a straw in each glass. You can add more ice if required and can also use a topping of your own choice.
