Turn on the oven and start preheating it. You must preheat at the temperature of 350 degrees.
In a bowl add some flour and then add sugar into it. Sprinkle some salt into it and pour a little milk.
Stir well and add the whole mixture to a saucepan. Turn on the flame and start cooking. Keep stirring while cooking. You need a thickened mixture so keep stirring until you get the texture.
Take a bowl and put egg yolks into this medium-sized bowl. Whisk using a hand mixer and then add these egg yolks to the cooked mixture.
Start cooking again and continue to stir for a few minutes. Add butter into your hot mixture and then add vanilla at the same time.
Bring the cooked shell f pastry and put the sliced bananas in your pastry shell. Bring your cooked custard and drizzle it into your shell.
Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Once cooked, let the air cool and then put it in the refrigerator to cool it down for one hour.
Serve while chilled!
