Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water separately in a bowl for some time. Beat an egg in this lukewarm water.
Mix sugar, salt, and lade in a bowl by adding warm water. Then pour cold water into this mixture.
In a larger bowl mix both the batters.
Continue the mixing process as well as start adding flour slowly to this mixture.
Knead the dough for 15-20 minutes.
After your dough is formed, cover the top with plastic or any other material and let it settle for at least 2 hours.
Place the rolls in grease bowls after pinching the dough.
Again let the balls rise for half an hour and then the time for baking comes.
Brush the top of each roll with oil and put it one by one in the baking dish.
The baking period of these rolls is 30 minutes at a temperature of 350 degrees.
