In a small bowl, add blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise,lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix them well until combined andcreamy.
With the help of a spoon, press some of the blue cheese to combine well with the dressing for extra creamy texture. At this point, thedressing is thick and perfect for dips.
To make the dressing thin and suitable for salads, add 1-2teaspoons of milk, or water and mix.
To store this dressing, keep it covered in the refrigerator for a week.
