Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist white cake mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and whole eggs called for on cake mixbox
  • 1 box (4-serving size) Jell-O strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup strawberries

Whipped Cream CheeseFrosting

  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1 ½ cups whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only 13x9 inch pan or around pan and lightly flour.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for cake with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds then increase speed to medium and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until wooden pick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven, let it cool for few minutes then remove pan and cool completely for about 1 hour before frosting.
  • Beat the cream cheese and milk in chilled bowl with electric mixer for 30 seconds on low speed. Add whipping cream and powdered sugar and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  • Spread the frosting mixture on top and sides of the cake. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve. You can store it in refrigerator.
