Take a medium-sized mixing bowl that is washed and cleaned.
In this bowl, add the cornstarch and then pour a little water into it. Stir both of them and make a slurry having a smooth texture.
Bring a non-stick saucepan and pour the water and cornstarch mixture into it.
Keep the flame medium and heat up the mixture. While cooking, continue stirring for some time and then you have to add the other dressing ingredients.
Firstly add the celery seeds and then you must stir the onion powder into this mixture. You must give a good stir to your mixture at this point.
Then add some water and pour the apple cider vinegar into it.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper into the mixture and then stir in the butter. In the end stir the sugar, into the cooking sauce.
Stir well.
Simmer for some time and once you acquired the required texture of the dressing, you must turn off the heat and let the mixture air cool.
Use in recipes or serve as a dip after refrigeration.
