Slice the potatoes into finger shape or in cubes, whatever you like.
Keep the oil on heat to get preheated.
Put all the diced cubes in a bowl and then season them.
Add salt, paprika, mustard, onion powder, and mix. This will make a coating around the potatoes to give them the perfect flavor.
Then, when the oil is hot enough, check it by adding one or two slices.
Then pour all of your sliced potatoes in it. If potatoes are in large quantity, then halve them and fry them in bits.
During frying, give a stir inside the oil to not stick together and be fully fried.
Then after 5-7 minutes, get them out of the oil and remove the oil by putting your fried chips on tissues.
Pour all your fried cubes into the serving dish and serve with your favorite dips, including the ketchup and garlic mayo.
