Make dough for preparing the crust. In a bowl combine the flour, salt, butter, and water. Once the dough is done gaining a smooth texture, make small balls out of it.
Sprinkle some flour over the balls. Fold them into quarters. Grease the pie pan with oil. Carefully place the balls in the pie pan and then unfold it.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Wait until the crust is golden and then let it air cool for some time.
Steps to make the cream layer
To make the cream layer of your pie, add cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and beat well. Add in vanilla along with powdered sugar. Add in the heavy cream and whisk well until folding is made.
Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cooled pie crust and then put them in the refrigerator.

Take a small saucepan and combine cornflour and sugar in it. Mix well until they are completely combined.
Pour water and stir the mixture. Turn the heat to low until the mixture starts to get thick.
Mix your strawberry jell-O packet in this mixture. Allow the mixture to stand and cool.
On the top of the cream cheese filling, arrange the strawberries.
Cover the strawberries in the glaze.
Once you are done, put the pie in the fridge. Wait for 2-3 hours.
Steps for whipping cream
Mix vanilla with powdered sugar and heavy cream to make the whipped cream. Whisk well.
Using a piping bag, make folds of the whipped cream over your pie to enhance the look.
