Bone Suckin Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil like canola
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp crushed hot red pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon molasses

Instructions

  • Chop the onion and the garlic cloves.
  • In a large hot pan, fry the onion by squeezing some oil. Saute it until it becomes soft and then add minced garlic. Mix well. At the same time throw in the ginger garlic paste.
  • During this frying, when the garlic burns it gives your sauce the best bitter flavor.
  • Now add the tomato sauce, honey, maple syrup, and molasses.
  • Heat it until all substances equally leave their taste.
  • Then add all the spices including sweet chili sauce, cumin, lemon juice, fresh orange juice, onion powder, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce. Also, throw the freshly cut red pepper sauce.
  • Store in a jar and use in your recipes.
