Chop the onion and the garlic cloves.
In a large hot pan, fry the onion by squeezing some oil. Saute it until it becomes soft and then add minced garlic. Mix well. At the same time throw in the ginger garlic paste.
During this frying, when the garlic burns it gives your sauce the best bitter flavor.
Now add the tomato sauce, honey, maple syrup, and molasses.
Heat it until all substances equally leave their taste.
Then add all the spices including sweet chili sauce, cumin, lemon juice, fresh orange juice, onion powder, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce. Also, throw the freshly cut red pepper sauce.
Store in a jar and use in your recipes.
