Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons Thai chili Garlic sauce
  • 1 pound Chilean sea bass fillet cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • A splash of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 10 ounces spinach

Instructions

  • First of all, like all the other kinds of meat you have to rinse and drain the sea bass and then have to pat dry it using paper towels.
  • Heat the grill and brush the avocado oil on both sides of each sea bass fillet. Sea bass fillets should be cooked on the grill for 4 minutes for each side and then turn to cook from the other side.
  • Then you have to make the sauce for your sea bass fillets.
  • Whisk the lime juice with fish sauce, olive oil, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. You have to whisk to turn it into a smooth blend.
  • Once your fish is done you have to prepare the spinach. Pour a tablespoon of sesame oil into the pan and stir fry the spinach in it.
  • Then you have to assemble all of them to serve. Put the spinach on the flour of each serving plate. Sesame seeds are sprinkled over the spinach and then put cooked sea bass fillet over it. In the end, drizzle the prepared sauce over your sea bass.
