Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 4 medium-sized onions
  • 2 green chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  • Using a slide and a knife, chop the onions into smaller cubes and also chop the green chilies.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, break three eggs and beat them with a hand mixer. The eggs should be blended properly.
  • In a nonstick frying pan heat the oil and then to make the base of the omelet throw chopped onions in the pan. Saute them and then add green chilies to them.
  • After frying the green chilies and onions for a few minutes, add eggs. Stir the mixture slowly and spread the layer throughout the pan.
  • Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder. In the end shower the shredded cheese over your omelet mixture.
  • Make a good round-shaped or crescent-shaped omelet by cutting the uneven edges.
  • Flip it and fry from both sides until it is lightly browned.
  • Now comes the time to fry your bread. It is just so simple step to fry your bread. Grease the bread with extremely little oil.
  • In the frying pan heat the bread until it gets a little fried from both sides.
  • Your bread omelet is ready and you can serve it to your kids for the breakfast. Serve hot!
