Ingredients

  • 2 oz Captain Rodney’s Glaze
  • 1 whole Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

Instructions

  • Put the chicken in a marination bowl and sprinkle the black pepper over it. Then sprinkle salt over it and make sure to add a suitable quantity for a perfect flavor.
  • Once the chicken is marinated enough, you must put this marinated chicken in the rotisserie and let it cook for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
  • This will make the chicken a perfectly juicy and moist one with a perfect flavor.
  • Then in another mixing bowl pour the melted butter and add pepper into this butter. Also, make additional paprika and sprinkle salt into it. Stir all the ingredients well together.
  • Bring the cooked chicken and dip it into this mixture. After coating the chicken well into this mixture, you must put the chicken in the oven and start baking.
  • Bake it at lowered temperature for an hour.
  • After baking for almost an hour, bring the chicken to your and also bring Captain Rodney's glaze.
  • You should either drizzle this glaze all over the chicken or use a brush to coat this chicken with the glaze.
  • Brushing will be more helpful as it is a mess-free method to coat the chicken. After coating the chicken with the glaze, keep it for at least 10-15 minutes and you must let it stand.
  • Now that the chicken is baking enough, take it out sprinkle some chopped green onions at the top for a good serving, and then serve the chicken while hot.
