Chef Boyardee Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen loose cut spinach leaves
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans Beef Ravioli
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Diced Tomatoes, drained well
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • First of all, you have to microwave spinach leaves. To dothis, place the spinach leaves in a bowl, cover and microwave for just a few minutes. Squeeze the leaves to dry.
  • Now, combine the beef ravioli, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Cover the bowl and microwave for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Combine and mix cottage cheese, spinach and black pepper ina small bowl.
  • Add half of the ravioli mixture in the baking dish andspread evenly in the bottom of the dish. Add a layer of cottage cheese mixture and then spread ½ cup of shredded cheese. Repeat this process to add layers.
  • Bake until cheese has melted starts making bubbles (for 15minutes).
