Bring a plate and combine parsley with flour in it. In a separate container break the eggs and beat them well.
Take a pan and melt the butter in this pan on medium heat.
Dip each chicken breast in the beaten dip and coat it with a flour mixture. Putt hem in the heated butter and cook from both sides by flipping.
To glorify the flavor sprinkle salt and pepper and cook for some more time. You should continue cooking for a few more minutes until the chicken is completely tender, soft, and cooked enough to the core.
Pour the white wine vinegar along with the shallots and chicken broth in the pan and wait until it gets to a boil.
After boiling turn the heat off and remove the pan from the stove. Add butter pieces in the mixture and stir to get them melted in the pan.
Continue adding the butter until the mixture gets saucy and creamy.
Add more salt and pepper if you like to.
Your chicken is ready to serve. Get it out in the serving bowl, and serve with different dishes like potatoes which are mashed or steamed broccoli.
Have fun while eating the treat!
