Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1.5 tablespoons crushed pepper
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Crushed garlic cloves with skin

Instructions

  • First of all, you have to marinate the chicken fillets, and for this purpose, sprinkle salt and pepper over them after putting them in a bowl.
  • Pour olive oil on the chicken and then add the crushed garlic. Let stand for half an hour.
  • Mix the soy sauce with the honey in a bowl to prepare the glaze. Keep it aside.
  • Then grease the grill pan with butter by melting the butter. You can also use a brush for greasing.
  • After heating the grill, bring the marinated chicken fillets and put them one by one on the grill. Grill each side for three minutes until browned.
  • Now that all sides of the chicken are cooked, brush the honey glaze on the fillets. Turn the fillets to glaze them from all sides.
  • Grill the fillets for a few more seconds and then put them in the dish. Sprinkle the crushed peppers on the chicken and serve the chicken along with the fries or boiled vegetables.
