First of all, you have to marinate the chicken fillets, and for this purpose, sprinkle salt and pepper over them after putting them in a bowl.
Pour olive oil on the chicken and then add the crushed garlic. Let stand for half an hour.
Mix the soy sauce with the honey in a bowl to prepare the glaze. Keep it aside.
Then grease the grill pan with butter by melting the butter. You can also use a brush for greasing.
After heating the grill, bring the marinated chicken fillets and put them one by one on the grill. Grill each side for three minutes until browned.
Now that all sides of the chicken are cooked, brush the honey glaze on the fillets. Turn the fillets to glaze them from all sides.
Grill the fillets for a few more seconds and then put them in the dish. Sprinkle the crushed peppers on the chicken and serve the chicken along with the fries or boiled vegetables.
