Ingredients

  • 24 oz Prego Pasta Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 8 oz Creamette Lasagna
  • 1 beaten eggs
  • 16 oz Italian sausage
  • 16 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/3 tablespoon grounded nutmeg
  • Grounded black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Take a medium-sized saucepan and add the Italian sausage into this pan. You need to get a browned sausage for the lasagna so cook it and then dispose of the waste.
  • You need a mixing bowl for the next step. Take this bowl and make sure it has the exact size as needed. Clean it with a clean cloth.
  • To make the mixture, bring the shredded ricotta cheese and add to it. Make addition some sugar into it.
  • Beat and egg separately and add in along with the pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Sprinkle in the parsley at the end. Mix.
  • Then to prepare the paste, boil it in hot boiling water after adding some salt and oil to it.
  • Then take a baking dish and spread the sauce on the bottom. Over it, you need to add the pasta strip which is then followed by the mixture you have just prepared.
  • Spread some of the mozzarella cheese and add the browned sausage in the end.
  • In the end, add some more strips. Make more layers and dress the top layer with some shredded cheese.
  • Once your lasagna is all layered up in the baking pan, and your oven is also preheated, you must bake it for half an hour.
  • Then take out, let cool to handle, and Serve!
