Diabetic Oatmeal Cookies with Splenda

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dark Raisin
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 2 tablespoon white Splenda granular
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 medium-sized egg
  • 1 cup self-rising flour

Instructions

  • In the beginning, the oven is preheated at 325 degrees.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour with the cinnamon. At the same time pulse the butter in the blender and it will get a creamy texture.
  • Now break the egg and blend this egg with the milk. Pour some vanilla essence into this blend.
  • Now in this liquid blend slowly add the flour mixture. They should be well combined. Once you have well-stirred both the mixtures together then it's time to add oats and raisins in it.
  • Blend the oats and raisins in it and your mixture for the cookies is ready.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon the mixture on the baking sheet.
  • Put the pan into the oven and bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
  • Your healthy snack of oatmeal Cookies is ready to serve after baking.
