Easy Bread Pudding Recipe with Sweetened Condensed Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon grounded cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 medium-sized eggs
  • 1 can sweeten condensed milk
  • 16 slices of cubes bread
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar

  • Whip cream
  • Fruits

Instructions

  • To prepare the batter for making the pudding all the liquid ingredients are combined in a mixing bowl first.
  • Pour hot water into the bowl and then add the sweetened condensed milk in it. Stir well to combine both of these ingredients really well.
  • Break the eggs in a separate bowl and blend them using a hand whisk. Eggs should be thoroughly blended. Then pour the blended eggs into the milk mixture and blend again.
  • Use the electric beater for better results. Add sugar to the bowl and then stir it to get it dissolved into the condensed milk mixture.
  • Pour a little of the vanilla extract into it. Melt the butter and then bring this melted butter to be poured into the batter. Whisk it in the batter to make it creamy and smooth.
  • Add the ground cinnamon to it. Then use the spatula to stir it with the rest of the batter.
  • Once your batter is ready bring the cubed bread and add it to the batter along with the addition of the raisins.
  • The mixture will take almost half an hour to get settled.
  • After half an hour of setting, bring a baking pan, coat the bottom of the pan with the butter, and then pour this pudding batter into this pan.
  • Put the pan into the oven which is preheated and bake for more than half an hour. For a perfectly baked bread pudding, you must give it at least 40 minutes.
  • Now that the top of the pudding has changed its color and turned to the required brown color, you must take it out of the oven.
  • Now you have to make slices of the pudding and you can use a pizza cutter for this purpose or simply a knife.
  • Before serving you can coat it with butter and then serve the slices after pouring the whipped cream at the top. You can also spread diced fruits at the top like cherries or bananas.
