Divide the chicken breast in two lengthwise, rub it with a generous pinch of flavored roasting salt and pass it in the oil. Then remove the crock pot from the crock-pot and over moderate heat, brown the two pieces of chicken breast.
When golden brown, squeeze the juice of half a lemon on the two pieces of chicken and slice the other half of lemon and place them inside the pot. Program the Crock-Pot for 3h at Low temperature.
During these three hours, checked the cooking a couple of times the last hour extracted the cooking bottom formed is kept aside. The chicken was cooked to perfection in three hours, and since I had turned on the bread oven I broiled the chicken breasts.
In the meantime, I filtered the cooking juices in a saucepan, brought to a boil and added a teaspoon of rice flour, in order to create the sauce to cover the chicken breast.
