Ingredients

  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 medium-sized eggs at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions

  • To make the yummy chocolate chip cookies you need oven baking and therefore the oven should be preheated at the required temperature of 350 degrees.
  • You should bring a clean and medium-sized mixing bowl and add the butter into this bowl. Combine the sugar with the butter and then beat well at high speed.
  • The mixture will be enough creamy and smooth. Bring the eggs and break these eggs into this mixture.
  • Pour the vanilla extract into this puree in the next step.
  • Blending the mixture really well to make it more smooth and to merge everything together.

  • Bring all the chocolate chips and add them to the dough.
  • Shape the dough into medium-sized circular cookies. If it is not easy to mix the chocolate chips in the dough then you can press the chocolate chips into the dough.
  • Line the baking pans with the baking sheets, grease using an oil brush or cooking spray, and then put the dough cookies in the pan one by one.
  • Keep a little distance between the cookies so that they will not stick to each other.
  • Put the baking pan in the oven and continue baking for 10 minutes at least. The cookies will be well bakes within 10-12 minutes and will also be browned from the top.
