Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 egg yolks room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 oz cup dark or milk chocolate finely diced
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 cups of Milk
  • Few crushed chocolates for garnishing

Instructions

  • To do some prep work in this recipe, you must bring a mixing bowl first which should be clean and washed. Add some of the flour. Then mix some sugar with this flour. Stir well using a fork or spatula.
  • After stirring well, add some cocoa powder and then mix some salt into this mixture.
  • Keep this cocoa mixture aside. Now take a medium-sized non-stick saucepan and pour all the milk into this saucepan.
  • Boil the milk, simmer it a little, and add this hot milk back into the cocoa powder and flour mixture.
  • Stir it well to dissolve everything in it. Your mixture will be thickened after dissolving it well.
  • Now transfer this whole mixture back to the saucepan and simmer it until you get the required thick consistency.
  • Turn off the heat, let the air cool for a few minutes, and then you have to add your next ingredient. For adding the next ingredient, you must add the diced chocolates to the cooked pudding.
  • Pour some vanilla extract into the pudding and stir it well in the pudding.
  • Bring the serving bowls and pour the cooked chocolate pudding into these bowls. You can garnish some crushed chocolate chips at the top of the pudding bowls so that the serving gets more attractive.
