Easy Italian Shrimp Salad with olive Oil

Ingredients

  • twenty PCS. king prawns
  • bundle lettuce
  • one jar corn
  • 1/2 PCS. red sweet pepper
  • a handful of olives
  • salt and pepper taste

  • 5 st. l. olive oil
  • 2 st. l. lemon juice

Instructions

  • Boil shrimp in boiling salted water with the addition of bay leaf, peppercorns, or, if desired, seasoning for shrimp. Small shrimp can be taken out immediately after the water boils again, and large shrimp should be cooked for 3-5 minutes. Drain the water, let the shrimp cool, and peel.
  • Lettuce leaves are torn randomly with your hands. Set aside some lettuce leaves for garnish.
  • Add Italian mixture. Stir, and add a little salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the salad to a plate garnished with lettuce leaves. Let's prepare a dressing from olive oil, lemon juice, and crushed black pepper.
  • Before serving, decorate the salad with shrimp and pour over the dressing. Classic Italian shrimp salad is ready in minutes. Enjoy your meal.
