Easy Miniature Pumpkin Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon creme fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
  • A pinch of fleur de sel
  • 60- gram walnuts
  • 4 mini pumpkins washed and dried
  • 12 mushrooms chopped
  • 100- gram grated cheddar

Instructions

  • Bring the pumpkin and use a fork to prick it up before putting it in the microwave. Once this process is done, put the pumpkin in e the baking pan in the microwave and then cook for8-10 minutes.
  • Take it out of the oven after the required time and then let it cool.
  • Take a cooking pan and then add the olive oil to it. Once the oil is heated add the mushrooms into it for frying.
  • Once the mushrooms are softened you should add the minced garlic into it and then fry the mixture.
  • Turn off the heat and then bring the mini pumpkins. Fill the prepared mushroom mixture into the mini pumpkins.
  • Once all the stuffing is done put all the pumpkins in a greased baking pan. Put the grated cheese all over the arranged pumpkins.
  • Grill these cheese-topped pumpkins for 10 minutes. You can also bake it instead of grilling.
  • The top will be cooked enough, the cheese will melt and the pumpkin will be browned.
  • Your dish is ready to serve and make sure to serve it while hot.
