To begin with, season your chicken first so that it can be cooked. Season it with salt pepper and garlic powder.
Preheat a skillet on the stovetop at low flame. Roast your chicken breast in a pan for 8-10 minutes. Confirm that the chicken is cooked at high heat.
Then, move this chicken to the preheated oven at 350 degrees. Bake it for 15 minutes. Now your chicken is all soft and juicy that is full of taste.
Slice the chicken into smaller bite-sized cubes or you can also shred it. For shredding, you can use a food processor or can simply shred it by hand.
Chop the celery and onion finely. Do it instead of waiting when the chicken is cooking in the oven. Also, boil and chop the eggs at the same period.
Now take a large bowl and mix the sliced cooked chicken with onion and celery. Add in mayonnaise and mix well. Moreover, add paprika, mustard, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and sweet pickle relish.
Mix well and in the end, add the chopped boiled eggs to this salad. The addition of eggs is optional as some people do not like adding them to their dishes.
Add more mayo if you like a more creamy salad.
