In a little bowl mix the vinegar and A-1. Pour over steaks.
Season with steak flavoring.
Pour in the meat stock and remaining ingredients.
Spot your chopped potatoes on a 12×12 sheet of foil.
Season with the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Top with the butter.
Cover up the sides of the foil to make a foil pack.
Put over the steaks in the instant pot.
Place the cover and ensure the valve is set to fixing.
Press the button and set it to the high pressure for 20 minutes.
When it finishes quickly release for the pressure.
Expel the packed potatoes from the instant pot and toss to cover the potatoes in the butter and seasonings.
Serve with your preferred green side dish and top with the delightful onions.
