Ingredients

  • 2 crushed pebbles
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt

Instructions

  • You need to use a blender for making the perfect protein shake or we can call it the pebble protein shake.
  • Turn the blender on and pour milk into this blender. After pouring the milk, you must add yogurt to the milk. Start blending at medium to high speed and make sure that the mixture is smooth enough.
  • Then you have to add the sliced banana into the blended mixture. Blend again at high speed.
  • After blending the banana in the milk you must add the major and the most important ingredient into the blender which is a protein powder.
  • After blending in the protein powder, you must bring the fruity pebbles proteins and add them to the shake. Blend again and this time keep the speed medium.
  • In order to crush the pebbles, you can crush them separately and then add them to the shake.
  • Now after a good blend, your protein shake is ready. You must bring a clean serving glass, throw some ice cubes into it and then pour the shake into the glass.
  • Serve the shake with the straw in it. Sprinkle some choco chips to make it presentable.
