Golden Corral Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a large bowl, combine beef, spices, onion, celery, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese.
  • In another bowl, add milk and eggs and beat them well to combine.
  • Add the beef mixture to the milk and eggs mixture. Add tomato sauce and oil.
  • Mix everything well with your hands until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour. Take the pan out from oven and allow resting for 15 minutes.
  • Drain and slice the meatloaf. Arrange the meatloaf slices ona serving plate and pour the gravy on them.
  • Enjoy the delicious meatloaf.
