Gordon Ramsay Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients

  • 600 g Chicken breast
  • 50 g Butter

For the parmesancream

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 50 g flour 00
  • 50 g Butter
  • Salt

Instructions

PREPARE THEPARMIGIANO CREAM

  • Put the butter in a saucepan and let it melt. Add the flour and toast it for a few minutes with the butter.
  • Add the milk, stirring well with a spoon or spatula or a hand whisk so that no lumps form.
  • Cook for 5 minutes; stir continuously until the sauce begins to thicken.
  • Add the grated Parmesan and let it melt with the heat of the cream, continuing to stir.
  • When the Parmesan cream is ready, season with salt and set aside covered with cling film.

PREPARE THE CHICKEN BREAST

  • Put butter in a large pan and let it melt.
  • Flour the slices of chicken breast and cook them in the pan with the butter for 5 minutes per side.
  • Lightly salt the chicken breast.
  • Add the parmesan cream in the pan with the chicken breast to cover it entirely and cook until the chicken is cooked and the cream is reduced.
  • Serve the chicken with Parmesan hot with a sprinkling of pepper.
