Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 15 Oz Libby's pure Pumpkin
  • 3/4 cups mild Green sauce
  • 8 Oz Neufchatel Cheese room temperature
  • 2 1/4 Oz sliced ripe Olives drained
  • 1 medium-sized tomato seeded
  • 1/4 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl add the cream cheese and then add the pumpkin in it.
  • Mix well using a hand whisk. Bring a baking dish and prepare it using cooking spray. Transfer the pumpkin mixture to the baking pan.
  • Take a small-sized bowl and then add the sour cream to it. Blend the cream and combine that Green sauce and blend. The addition of garlic salt is essential at this point.
  • Bring this cream mixture and then layer it over the pumpkin one lying in the baking pan.
  • You need to top this mixture using tomatoes and then onions. Also, top with the olives and red onions.
  • Use foil or plastic wrap to cover the dish from the top and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours at least.
  • Your amazing Heb that Green Sauce is ready to serve. You can serve it with the amazing corn tortilla chips or on coleslaw.
