  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/4 cup dry cooking sherry
  • 1 chopped white boiling onion
  • 1 cup canned tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  • Grab a large frying pan and heat it on high flame. Wet the flour of the pan with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Then one by one cook your steaks almost 5-8 minutes from each side.
  • While cooking the steaks, season them with spices and seasoning such as pepper and pepper. Then remove the steaks from heat and keep them aside on a plate or a platter so that they can stand for some time.
  • Again in the next step, bring a skillet and heat it along with oil at its bottom on medium heat. Once the oil is hot enough add the chopped onions to it. Stir and cook for a couple of minutes. Wait until the onion turns transparent.
  • At this point add the balsamic vinegar to the onions. Give your onions a good brown color.
  • Then add garlic and sherry to your onions, Mix well after adding the Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. You can also adjust salt.
  • Cook until the sauce is a little thick. Then pour this sauce over the steaks that are already set on the serving platter.
  • Dress the steaks with onions while drizzling with the sauce and serve along with the leftover sauce.
