Grab a large frying pan and heat it on high flame. Wet the flour of the pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Then one by one cook your steaks almost 5-8 minutes from each side.
While cooking the steaks, season them with spices and seasoning such as pepper and pepper. Then remove the steaks from heat and keep them aside on a plate or a platter so that they can stand for some time.
Again in the next step, bring a skillet and heat it along with oil at its bottom on medium heat. Once the oil is hot enough add the chopped onions to it. Stir and cook for a couple of minutes. Wait until the onion turns transparent.
At this point add the balsamic vinegar to the onions. Give your onions a good brown color.
Then add garlic and sherry to your onions, Mix well after adding the Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. You can also adjust salt.
Cook until the sauce is a little thick. Then pour this sauce over the steaks that are already set on the serving platter.
Dress the steaks with onions while drizzling with the sauce and serve along with the leftover sauce.
